Mr Kevin Dupe
Mr Kevin Dupe was appointed to the Council in April 2009. HE currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the New England Credit Union, a position he has held since July 2001.
Mr Dupe holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Australia National University and has gone on to complete an Advanced Management Program (AMP) INSEAD as well as a Company Director Diploma (AICD).
Prior to assuming the position of CEO at the New England Credit Union, he spent seven years as the Assistant General Manager at the Community First Credit Union and then at the New England Credit Union.
Mr Dupe spent five years previously working as a Policy Adviser to the Australia Credit Union Industry, advising on a range of business and regulatory issues, as well as fourteen years in the Australian Government in Canberra as a Director of a number of economic and socio-economic policy units.
He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and the Australasian Mutuals Institute Ltd (AMI).
Mr Dupe is a father of seven children and enjoys sailing and politics. His passion is "The Future for Regional Australia".
