Terms of Reference

Identify issues relating to textbooks including ordering, stocking, communication with academic staff and administration and sale to students

Make recommendations on how to resolve issues relating to textbooks and improve service to students in relation to textbooks

Recommend improvements to processes relating to the ordering and sale of textbooks

Make recommendations on any matter referred to the Committee by the Teaching and Learning Committee or the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic)

Academic Board Teaching and Learning Committee and the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic)
Co-option
The Committee may co-opt additional members as required.
Quorum:
50 percent of members plus 1
Meetings:
The Committee will meet at least three times per year: at the beginning of first and second semesters and at the end of second semester.
