Recording Graduate Attributes

UNE asks lecturers to record information about graduate attributes in the New and Amended Unit Application Form, and in a Unit Course Repository database for existing units.

Lecturers are asked to provide information on how they explicitly teach, provide practice and assess students for attributes relevant at a unit level. Information on the three elements is required to emphasize the need for alignment between learning objectives and assessment and the level of attainment required in each unit. An incremental development pathway for students should be established across a course or major for each attribute.

UNE collates this information to produce reports for different levels of need (eg unit, course, faculty level) for Quality Assurance and other reporting requirements of the University.
