An *original passport photo and *100 points of identification must accompany the application form when forwarded to the Safety and Security Office. Traffic and Parking Rules and motor vehicle entry fees are in force on campus and apply to all members of the University community and others.
A copy of the Rules including details of vehicle entry fees arrangements will be provided to all students as part of the enrolment process and to staff on commencement of duty. Printing

Student Printing

Most labs on campus, including the Dixson Library Learning Commons and the IT labs, have printers set up. The computers use a "Public Access Client" that will ask you to enter your UNE username and password to print to the local printers. To print from lab computers you will need:

* Your UNE username and password (If you have not changed your password since the beginning of 2008, printing will not be enable on your account. If this is the case, please go to the Accounts tab in MyUNE and reset your password).

* Credit on your account. (To add credit to your account, you can use the cash machine in the foyer of the Learning Commons or pay online by credit card at our payment gateway.

* A card that is associated with your username and password (optional). Instructions on how to associate your card with your account can be found by each printer or downloaded here. This is a one-off process and will only need to be repeated if your card or your password change.
