Parking at UNE
The University operates a Restricted Parking Scheme between the hours of 8.00 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Under this scheme students, staff and visitors wishing to bring vehicles onto campus must purchase and clearly display either an annual permit ($50), semester permit ($30) or a half day ($2) full day ($4) or 7 day ($10) coupon.
Permits can be purchased from the cashier in our Finance section which is located on the bottom floor of the T.C. Lamble building. Coupons are purchased from any of the 7 parking machines located on campus. Please note that coupon holders are permitted to park in blue permit bays if lime coupon bays are unavailable.
There are a limited number of ¼, ½ and 2 hour parking bays on campus and these do not require a permit to be displayed when parking in them but time limits do apply.
While parking on campus vehicles must park in accordance with the UNE Traffic and Parking Rules. Signage indicates where you are permitted to park. If no signage is in place then you are not permitted to park there. This includes grassed areas, outside marked bays, footpaths etc. Parking rules are enforced and vehicles found to be parked contrary to the UNE Traffic and Parking Rules will be issued with a Penalty Notice.
