Enrolment Variations
If you have already enrolled and now need to vary your enrolment for Semester 1 or 2 2008, you are able to do so online through myUNE . At the moment you are of course able to add and withdraw from Semester 1, Semester 2 and Year long units. However please take careful note of the following information when deciding to vary your enrolment:
Semester 1 Units
- The last day to add full-year/first semester off-campus units to an existing off-campus enrolment is 4 February 2008
- The last day to add full-year/first semester units to an existing on-campus (internal) enrolment is 25 February
- If you withdraw from a Semester 1 unit prior to 31 March 2008 you will not incur any academic or financial penalty
- If you withdraw from a Semester 1 unit between 1 April and 2 May 2008 inclusive you will incur a financial penalty, but not an academic penalty
- If you withdraw from a Semester 1 unit on or after 3 May 2008 you will incur both a financial and academic penalty
Semester 2 Units
- The last day to add second semester off-campus units to an existing off-campus enrolment is 7 July 2008
- Last day to add second semester units to an existing on-campus enrolment is 4 August 2008
- If you withdraw from a Semester 2 unit between prior to 31st August 2008 you will not incur any academic or financial penalty
- If you withdraw from a Semester 2 unit between 1st September 2008 and 19 September 2008 inclusive you will incur a financial penalty, but not an academic penalty
- If you withdraw from a Semester 2 unit on or after 20 September 2008 you will incur both a financial and academic penalty
Year long Units
- The last day to withdraw from Year long units without financial penalty is 30 April 2008
- The last day to withdraw from Year long units without academic penalty is 31st August 2008
- If you withdraw from Year long units on or after 1st September 2008 you will incur both a financial and academic penalty

If, after reading through the relevant course material found in the Course and Unit Catalogue, you are unsure of your course requirements or unit options you may wish to consult Student Centre staff before the using myUNE to adjust your enrolment. Administrative staff are available in the Student Centre, email via web http://www.une.edu.au/contact-us or you can make an appointment to see someone by phoning (02) 6773 4444. To make the most of this time, please do everything you can beforehand to inform yourself about course or unit options
Changing Course
If you wish to transfer from your current course to another course, you must formally apply for admission. Relevant application forms, and closing dates, can be found on the Current Student Forms and Procedures web page.If you have already applied for admission and been made an offer, you will be able to enrol in your new course through myUNE.
Withdrawing from my Course
Students are not permitted to withdraw from ALL UNITS without receiving course advice. Please complete the online Course Withdrawal form if you wish to withdraw from all units and your course.
Students with special needs
Students with Special Needs can seek assistance with the completion of their enrolment or enrolment variation from the Student Centre or Equity Office staff. Please contact the Student Centre so that the necessary arrangements can be made
