If you are still having difficulties:
Windows Users
Copy the document to your computer by:
- Placing your mouse over the document to be opened and right click your mouse, go to "Save target as"
- Save document to your computer desktop.
- Depending on how your computer is setup - after saving the document to your desktop you may be given the option of opening the document once saved. Click "Open"
or if you do not have the above option do the following:
- Open the program "Acrobat Reader"
- Go to 'File" on the menu bar and choose "Open"
- Find the document that you saved and open as you would any other document in any other program.
Macintosh Users
Copy the document to your computer by:
- Placing your mouse over the document to be opened and click and hold your mouse in and go to "Save link as"
- Save document on to your desktop.
- Depending on how your computer is setup - after saving the document to your desktop you may be given the option of opening the document once saved. Click " Open"

- Go to 'File" on the menu bar and choose "Open"
- Find the document that you saved and open as you would any other document in any other program.
