Complaints
If you have a complaint about a service, product or person associated with Facilities Management Services (FMS) then we would like to hear from you. Your complaint will be treated as confidential and you can remain anonymous if you choose. We will ensure that every complaint is investigated in a timely manor & that the issue raised is addressed where possible. If you choose to provide us with your name & contact details (optional) we will ensure you are provided with a responce & the action taken by FMS to address the issue.
