Space Management
The Space Management and AutoCAD Overlay Archibus/FM modules are being used to capture the spatial elements of the University’s built environment.
The process of capturing these elements and aligning them with the University’s Business Units will be complete by the end of 2006. This process is underpinned the University’s Space Allocation Policy and has the following stages:
- Polylining rooms
- Create Space Plan
- Conduct Space Audit and Update
- Link to Archibus/FM
- Assign Organisational Data
