The Centre for Advanced Animal Studies Stage 1A(CFAAS) will be located within the existing Animal House Complex currently located on the University of New England main campus – west of the Ring Road. Stage 1A involves the construction of two new buildings, W071 & W073, along with associated infrastructure upgrades and civil works. Below are some useful links: W071 Front of House Building This new building will be a ‘front of house’ to the overall CFAAS precinct and will provide an address for the Centre. It will be used for offices/staff amenities/laboratory & animal holding. W073 Amenities The Amenities is a new building which will provide an area for researchers and students/workers to dress/shower before and after undertaking duties within the facility. There is also laundry and breakout facility in the building which include toilets and changes rooms. A plant room facility will be provided under the Amenities building to provide services to the remaining and future upgrades to the precinct. |
