Blue Permit Parking Sign

 UNE has 4 Permit/Coupon categories on campus. These categories are as follows:

  • Blue Permit – For those vehicles that display either a valid Blue Parking Permit, Red Parking Permit or Lime Parking Coupon.
  • Red Primary Reserved Permit – These bays are assigned to an individual and only the vehicle displaying the valid Red Permit can park in these bays.
  • Green Permit – Contractor Vehicles & UNE Vehicles that display a valid Green Permit.
  • Lime Coupon – For visitors to campus who purchase a Parking Coupon from any of the parking ticket machines on campus. However please note that effective from 1st March 2013 the colour or the Lime Coupon bays will change to PURPLE.  

Parking Permits for the 2013 parking calendar year (1st March 2013 to 28th February 2014) are now available on-line at  https://www1.enforce-it.net/aparc_une_onlinepermits/

Applications & payment for Blue Parking Permits in 2013 are to be made on line. Applicants after paying for their Blue permit will have the choice of either having the permit mailed to them or they can elect to collect it from the ID Card Office located at Shop 4, Union Arcade, University of New England. 

Applications for Red (Primary Reserved) bays are also to be made on line.

  • The closing date for Red Bay applications is 8th February 2013. An electronic application form can be obtained a thttps://www1.enforce-it.net/aparc_une_onlinepermits/  Applicants will be advised of the outcome of their application prior to Friday 15th February 2013. Applications for Red Primary Reserved Bays can still be submitted after the closing date in February however will only be priocessed if there are any unallocated Red bays. Late applications will be delt with on a first come first served basis.

  Applications for Green bays are also to be made on line.

Salary Sacrifice

The University offers a Salary Sacrifice arrangement for Annual & Trimester Red permits only. This arrangement allows for the full cost of the permit to be deducted from an individual’s pay over 5 pays as a pre-tax (salary sacrifice) deduction. Those people who are successful in obtaining a Red Bay will have the Salary Sacrifice form forwarded to them at the same time the confirmation letter is sent out.
