Cost of Parking on Campus

The cost of Parking Permits & Coupons on campus for the 2013 parking calendar year which runs from 1^st March 2013 to 28^th February 2014 is as follows:

Permits

• Blue  - Annual Permit - $80
• Blue  - Trimester Permit - $40
• Red  - Annual Primary Reserve Permit - $500
• Red  - Trimester Primary Reserved Permit - $200
• Green  - Annual Contractor Permit - $50

Coupons - Purchased from a UNE Ticket Machine from 1st March 2013 onwards:

• Purple - Daily - Minimum purchase $1.00 (equals 1 hour of Parking time) up to $8.00 (equals 8 hours of Parking time). Proportional rates apply in between.
• Purple - 7 x days - $15.00 

Note - Purple Coupon Bays replace the previous Lime Coupon bays from 1st March 2013 

Note the Trimester permits permits are from:

• 1^st March 2013 to 30th June 2013
• 1^st July 2013 to 31st October 2013
• 1^st November 2013 to 28^th February 2014

Trimester Permits replaced Semester Permits in 2012 to reflect changes to teaching periods at UNE.

From 1st March 2013 motorcycle parking on campus is free when parked in designated motorcycle parking areas. If a motorcyle is parked in either a Red, or Blue Permit or Purple (Visitor) Coupon bay it will be required to pay for & display the approperate permit / coupon.

Permits will be available for purchase on line from mid to late January 2013 onwards.

Tickets can be purchased from any of the Parking Machines located on campus.

Staff have available to them the option to pay for their Red Primary Reserved bay via Salary Sacrifice. More details about the Salary Sacrifice option can be found under Permit Parking.
