Services Provided
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 4.00pm
- Provision to rent and lease a variety of types of vehicles for authorised University travel.
- Servicing and maintenance of University vehicles.
- Servicing, Rego checks and maintenance of Staff private vehicles including those vehicles purchased under a University salary packaged arrangement.
Pool Vehicles
The University Vehicle Pool is a centrally managed fleet of vehicles that are available for the use of University employees, students and other University approved drivers. Other educational entities may be authorised to hire University vehicles if the usage is designated for educational and research purposes.
Allocation of vehicles is subject to drivers holding a legal licence to drive the specified vehicle they require and availability at that time; and the written approval of the drivers’ manager.
The Motor Pool comprises a range of different types of vehicles, designed to meet the needs of all operations of the University.

Vehicle pickup and returns can be made outside business hours by arrangement with the Motor Pool Staff.
