Venue

The National Marine Science Centre (NMSC), is a joint venture of the University of New England and Southern Cross University. The Centre is located at Charlesworth Bay, on the northern side of Coffs Harbour, NSW.

The NMSC is on the same grounds as the Novotel Pacific Bay Resort, 3 Km north of Coffs Harbour.
Coffs Harbour is located approximately half way between Sydney and Brisbane. It is serviced by frequent direct flights from both cities.

We have booked 4 cabins for the workshop from the 2nd to the 7th of October. Each can accommodate five students. We will try our best to maximise cabin occupation. The rates for a shared cabin for five student is $113 (incl GST)/night (i.e. $22.6 pp/night). If the cabins are shared by 4 students, the rate is $96.3 (incl GST)/night (i.e. $24.075 pp/night). If shared by 3 students, the rate will be $90.9 (incl GST)/night (i.e. $30.3 pp/night). Booking will need to be made through the Fluoro workshop (for payment details contact Joelle coumans ). We will notify you of the cost of your accommodation by mid september.

Other accommodation can also be found at short distance from the NMSC but may require transportation.
