Commercial organizations are encouraged to participate in and provide sponsorship for the workshop. One of the workshop aims is to provide participants with advice on the acquisition of appropriate equipment to meet their experimental needs. This aim will be facilitated by a strong trade display. Sponsorship of the Workshop will be acknowledged in the Workshop Training Manual and on the website (with a link to the company).
There are 4 levels of sponsorship:Level 1 ($500)
Inclusion of a brochure/advertisement in the Training Manual or registration satchel.
Level 2 ($1,000)Display table in foyer area for duration of workshop. This level of sponsorship will include level 1 benefits (the inclusion of a brochure), and include registration for one company representative to attend lecture and practical sessions if required.
Level 3 ($2,000)
Scheduled presentation: Approximately 15 minutes presentation, followed by informal discussions, scheduled in the early evening immediately following the close of training sessions. The company would be asked to arrange refreshments, to facilitate interaction, and possibly the venue (the adjacent resort). This level of sponsorship will include levels 1 and 2 benefits (the inclusion of a brochure, a display table and one registration).
Level 4 ($4,000)
Direct sponsorship for the travel of an international speaker: The presentation/s of that speaker will be acknowledged as being sponsored by the company in the Training Manual, on the website and during the presentation itself. This level of sponsorship will include levels 1, 2 and 3 benefits (brochure, display table, one registration and scheduled presentation).
