Role of Administrative Units
Heads of Units define specific responsibilities in the domain of their unit.
A Responsibility is one function of the unit. Inputs are data or information required for the unit to meet the responsibility (e.g. information to be supplied by the project team). Outputs are data, information or analyses supplied by the unit to meet the responsibility. Heads of Units are to report annually to the Director of ELIS separately for each project.
