Integrated Project Management
All Entrepreneurial activities are governed by UNE’s Integrated Project Management framework. Entrepreneurial projects are defined as those commercial activities engaged in by a UNE staff member, school, faculty, research group, research centre, institutes, or division that involve education and educational resources. Entrepreneurial activities are bound by the requirements for all commercial activities, but are subject to additional internal processes.
Integrated Project Management Team setup
The decision to establish a Full-IPM or Mini-IPM team is at the discretion of the Entrepreneurial Committee. The Committee will advise the relevant proposer of the intended status at the time of approving the establishment of the project.
If the Project is complex, Entrepreneurial Committee will also advise on the necessity of establishing a pre-IPM Implementation Team and/or mandate the establishment of a Management Board.
The CDO will nominate a Team Leader and team membership in consultation with the relevant Pro Vice-Chancellor/Dean(s). Team membership categories are set out in the IPM Overview above and details of current IPM Teams and Team Leaders are available on this site (Current IPM Teams).
IPM Team types - membership and reporting requirements
