Commerical Activities Register
The Commercial Activities Register is a database listing the details of all UNE controlled and associated entities.
Details of all commercial projects must be entered in the Register. Small, low risk activities may be grouped together as a specific class and treated as a single activity for the purposes of the Register (i.e pathway or advanced standing projects)
Details include:
- Project Name
- Description of Activity
- Contract Status
- Managing Faculty
- Participating Parties (P/Parties)
- P/Parties ACN or Equivalent
- UNE Appointments to P/Parties Boards
- Minutes of Meetings
- Portfolio Responsibility
- Change History
- Dates of Board meeting
- Dates of Entrepreneurial meetings at which the project is discussed
- Dates of Council meetings at which the project is discussed
The Register is presented to every meeting of the Entrepreneurial Committee and to the Finance Committee and Council on an annual basis.
While the Entrepreneurial Committee has oversight of the Register, UNE Legal is responsible for:
- entering each project on the Register upon execution of the Contract and;
- for on-going maintenance of the Register.
