Bachelor of Training and Development (BTD)
This program of study is designed for students with considerable work experience, particularly in professional training and/or management fields. The aim is to develop reflective practitioners who can describe, analyse and improve workplace training and development practices. The course benefits training supervisors, human resource managers and learning and development professionals in educational institutions, education departments, and/or public sector organisations which effect change by developing and promoting a learning-centred environment.
