The professional experience requirements for the Graduate Diploma in Education (Secondary) are outlined below.
Total length of course: 18 months (full-time)
Practicum requirements for course: 50 days
Note: The pattern of undertaking the professional experience units may be varied by negotiation and will usually be extended for part-time study.
PREX 950 Professional Experience I: 10 days – co-requisite link to EDLT 400 – Planning for Effective Learning.
PREX 902: 20 days – co-requisite link to relevant curriculum unit.
PREX 903: 20 days – co-requisite link to relevant curriculum unit.
