Bachelor of Teaching (Secondary)

The professional experience requirements for the Bachelor of Teaching (Secondary) are outlined below.

Total length of course:  2 years

Practicum requirements for course:  60 days

Note:  The pattern of undertaking the professional experience units may be varied by negotiation and will usually be extended for part-time study.

PREX 901 Professional Experience I: 20 days – co-requisite link to relevant curriculum unit, and EDLT 400 – Planning for Effective Learning.

PREX 902: 20 days – co-requisite link to relevant curriculum unit.

PREX 903: 20 days relevant to one or both of above curriculum areas.

PREX 904: 20 days relevant to one or both of above curriculum areas
