Procedure for completing forms
- The report forms are Word documents that you download. You can complete the form using Word. Please note that a handwritten report form is also acceptable.
- Print the form. Supervising teachers are required to sign the completed form. The report also must be stamped with the official school stamp.
- Make a copy of the completed report (with signature and stamp). Send the copy to the Professional Experience Office, School of Education, Education Building, UNE, NSW, 2351.
- The original report should be given to the pre-service teacher.
