Preservice programs are for graduates who hold a relevant degree and are are seeking a teaching qualification.

Postgraduate coursework is for those who have an initial undergraduate degree and wish to undertake further studies in education. These courses are for people who already hold teaching qualifications or for whom teaching qualifications are not necessary – these courses do not qualify you to be a teacher.

Yes. Go to BTch(Primary), BTch(Secondary), MTch(Secondary), MTchSec Upgrade Program, GradDipEd, GradCert, GradDip, Masters level under the Preservice Program on this page.

2. Do you have a degree and a teaching qualification (for example, are you a school principal)?

Yes. Do you want to complete postgraduate studies in Education coursework? Or would you prefer a research program (MEd(Hons), MEdAdmin(Hons), EdD, PhD, ProfD)?
