Special Topic Unit Application Form

School of Education students and academics should complete this form in conjunction with important Information for Students Enrolling in a Special Topic Unit.

Students who have enrolled in a Special Topic unit should complete Steps 1 and 2 and submit it online, well ahead of the trimester concerned.
When a student is enrolled in two Special Topic units, ie Special Topic A and Special Topic B, a separate form should be submitted for each unit.
