Research interests
Dugald Williamson's research interests are in communication and cultural studies, including film theory, television, mass media and media/communications pedagogy. He has published widely in these fields and has also written on literary history and the relations of culture and law, especially the relations of literature and obscenity law. His current research concerns include the industrial, policy and cultural context of documentary production and distribution in Australia.
