Associate Professor Mark Lunney joined the School of Law in 2003. He obtained his undergraduate degrees from the University of Queensland, before moving to the UK to undertake postgraduate research. He previously taught at the School of Law, King’s College London. He is co-author of Tort Law: Text and Materials (2nd ed, 2003) (with KA Oliphant) and is a contributor to Butterworths Common Law Series The Law of Tort (2002).

The teaching and research interests of Associate Professor Lunney are the Torts, the History of Common Law English and Legal Profession, and the relationship between private law and human rights.
