SUMMARY OF MEETING HELD

FRIDAY 26 NOVEMBER 1999

At the Academic Enterprise Bargaining Group meeting held on the afternoon of Friday 26 November between the University and the NTEU, the following issues were discussed:

(a) The parties worked through the definitions contained within the niversity's log of claims. It was resolved that management and/or the NTEU would provide alternative versions of the unresolved definitions.

(b) The parties looked at the relationship of existing Awards and Agreements with the proposed agreement.

(c) The parties discussed the existing managing change clause and looked at the positive and negative aspects associated with the operation of the current managing change clause.
