Cultural Pursuits
The College has a rich tradition of Drama, Music and Choir. To support these activities, there is a music room which has an upright piano, and a grand piano can be found in the Dining Hall.
The College also participates in a campus-wide competition called The Sir Frank Kitto Trophy, where students compete in events throughout the year such as debating, theatre sports, poetry, small music ensemble and performance. Earle Page College has achieved excellent results in this competition through the years, and has again won the trophy in 2012! Congratulations to all who participated in, and supported, SFK!
We are the only college at UNE with an Annual Musical (which has been produced for 38 years) and a College Choir which regularly performs at formal dinners.
There are many opportunities for College members to participate in these productions whether it be acting, directing, producing, set construction, orchestra or costume design.
