The structure of Earle Page can be separated into 5 distinct groups:

  1. Staff

  2. Resident Fellows

  3. Junior Common Room (JCR)

  4. Senior Common Room (SCR)

  5. Other leadership positions

Each role played by these groups is integral to College life and forms the basis of the college spirit.

There are about 60 official positions available to students each year at Page. This is more than any other college at UNE offers. A lot of these positions offer a casual wage while others provide a benefit of a certain percentage off college fees for the year. Other benefits are also made available.

This broad range of official positions enable students to develop and use organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills.

So, it's not only a great way to get involved in a personal interest area and develop life skills, but it's also a great way to earn some extra money and build a more impressive portfolio for the New England Award (NEA).

All enrolled UNE students have the opportunity to earn points towards gaining and graduating with the New England Award. The NEA is a great way to motivate yourself into participating in extra-curricular activities and also a great way to reward yourself for your extra achievements.
