EPC wins SFK again in 2011!!
Earle Page College once again took out the SFK cultural competition! Congratulations and a big thank you to everyone involved. We have some awesome talent in Earle Page College!
Coast Run
Coast Run was again a huge success. Held on 3 and 24 September, the weatherbwas fabulous and the Dream Team was very strong. The Auction and Fashion Extravaganza, held earlier in the year also helped to raise a total of nearly $40,000 for 2011. The Fashion Parade was a big success, with lots of enjoyable routines, and great outfits modeled by the college members. All money raised by Coast Run is donated to the Children's Medical Research Institute. A big thanks go's out to the sponsors, businesses, models, buyers, and the Coast Run committee for their time and effort in creating such a successful event.
Arts Charity Dinner
A great Dress-up event each year is the annual Arts Dinner. It has a different theme each year and 2011's theme was 'culture' and the night showcased many of residents’ exceptional musical talent. Thank you to all the floors for the great amount of effort that was put into the table decorations, costumes and performances. Also, thank you to the SFK committee for their great organisation of the night.
Introductory Dinner
Introductory dinner, the first formal dinner at Earle Page College for many, saw a number of college members receiving scholarships for excellence in academic, cultural, sporting and community service. Many others were recognised for their academic performance in semester two. It was an excellent night for everyone that was involved!
O-week
Once again, O-Week was a huge success, with many freshers being welcomed into Earle Page College on the 13th of February. In the week following, many activities were held, including Toga Party and Bush Dance. It was a huge success, with credit going to the JCR for organising such an awesome week.
