Know something we don't? If you have any information regarding this year, including photos, please contact epc@une.edu.au

Name of the year: The Year the chicks could Play Sport

Why the year was so named: The Females in College won the Mary Bagnall (MB) Trophy, as well as the males winning the President's Trophy.

Musical: Return to the forbidden Planet   Director: Kate Crosse

Significant events of that year:

  • Master Greg Eddy resigns and the College welcomed Mr David Ward as Assistant Master for 3 months before becoming the Master (Acting) for an extended period.
  • EPC won both the MB and PT sporting competitions and the College celebrated both wins in style after the Master (Acting) 'bribed' the Sports Union not to release the news so that he could have both trophies delivered as a surprise by Smiley and Narelle in the middle of Sports Dinner...then the champagne flowed.
