Duval College

Don't forget: At UNE there are a range of Scholarships available to new students. These can help to cover college fees, and text book and course expenses.

When to Pay

After you have read through the Fee Schedule there are a number of ways that you can make payments. Payments can be made for the year, by semester or term, or in smaller, regular instalments.

As a student, if you are ever worried about payment, think a payment might be late, or are unsure whether you have made a payment, please contact the staff at Res Central immediately. The staff are there to help you, they aren’t mean or scary and they'll understand your payment queries.

How to Pay

Ways to Pay Fees:

  • BPAY payments are easy because your internet banking sight saves the details for you. Simply contact Res Central for your individual BPAY details. Remember that it can take up to four days for the payment to come through so don’t leave it until your meal card has already run out!
  • POSTPAY payment details can be emailed or posted to you so that you can pay over the phone or at the post office.
  • EFTPOS facilities are available at the UNE Cashier. You can put money on your room phone (min $20) or pay your fees with your EFTPOS card.
  • Cheques can be sent to Duval College, UNE, NSW, 2351. Please ensure that the student’s name on the back of the cheque.
  • Cash. Please try not to pay with cash. We prefer that students do not have large amounts of cash with them for safety reasons.
  • International tranfer. If you are an overseas student you can pay either by Visa or Mastercard credit card, or you can contact rescentral@une.edu.au to ask about making an international transfer.

Meal Cards can be topped up with money online through the Fleximeals website. Students should budget to spend around $500 per term on meals. Some students will spend this amount in one term, some will budget really well and spend it over two terms. Students can access the Fleximeals site 24/7. A minimum of fifty dollars is required.

Students; DON’T PANIC if you run out of money on, or forget, your meal card because you can always pay cash in the servery.
