Offering a Balanced and Inclusive College Experience

Duval College

Duval offers a fun and vibrant environment, promoting a healthy balance between studying, socialising and sports. We love to participate in anything and everything while supporting our fellow residents. Whether that be getting involved with one of our many sporting clubs, attending our weekly “Might as Well Monday” whole college study night, or carving it up on the dance floor at a themed pub night, Duvalians pride themselves on getting in and having a go. You’ll be encouraged to find your own way of contributing to college life from the very beginning.

Duval is renowned for the caring and inclusive environment that its residents foster. As you progress through your time at Duval, you’ll find that there are also many opportunities to be in leadership positions both at college and across the University, allowing you to develop skills to benefit your future career.

Duval provides secure gated grounds and offers rooms within floors of up to eight people. With the comfort of having five dinners per week served in our dining hall, together with the flexibility of a modern communal kitchen for other times, you get the best of both worlds at Duval.

Duval has its own Kayaking Club which combines sport, socialising, team bonding, leadership and fundraising. Whether members choose to paddle or crew, it’s about fun, teamwork, achievement and charity.
