Professional Development Program - Facilitators

Ms Airlie Bell


Airlie has worked in management consulting, taught in UNE's MBA Program and for eight years was UNE's Senior Careers Counsellor. Her major focus is on career education and professional development for students.

Airlie has a BEcon (Syd), MSocSc (RMIT), and is an accredited MBTI practitioner and careers counsellor. She currently teaches a postgraduate program at UNE for careers education.

 

 

Ms Kay Hempsall

Kay's primary focus is on leadership development, both in her work and in her research. Kay started the Professional Development Program in 2005 and has run it  every year since then. Each year the program is revised and updated.

Kay has worked at UNE since 2001 and has completed four awards at UNE: MSc, MODSHRM, Grad.Dip.Ed., Grad.Dip.Hum. Kay is an accredited NLP trainer, MBTI and Bar-On EQi practitioner.
