Submissions of Papers and Workshops

Dreaming Landscapes 2004

We continue to welcome submission of proposals for papers and workshops focussed on one of the three streams. Submissions should be made through this website as soon as possible. The final date for submissions has been extended to Friday 7 May. Any receive after this date will only be accepted if space permits. Please encourage other chaplains to offer a paper or workshop at the conference.

All submission will be accepted only on successful peer review.

If you have made a submission and have not heard from Erich von Dietze, the Workshops Coordinator, within 2-3 weeks of submission, please contact him to check on the progress of your submission.

Workshops and papers should address one of our conference streams.

Workshops may be either a one or two hours long, while papers may be either a half hour or a one hour long (including time for questions). All presentations must be offered in English.

Submissions for workshops or papers must be made on the official form. Our preference is that you complete the on-line form below. You must complete all parts of the form. Please place the letters na in any box which is not applicable to your submission. When completing the form on line, you will receive an error message if you fail to complete any of the boxes. It will tell you something like "username_q9 is required" and the number(s) after "_q" tell you the number of the question that you have not answered. If you cannot complete the form on-line, download it, complete it electronically and email it to the workshop co-ordinator. If you experience any problems, please contact the workshop co-ordinator. NB right clicking on the link and selecting either "save link as" or "save target as" will enable you to download the file without opening it in your browser first.

We will do our best to supply the equipment requested and will let you know if we are unable to supply any of your requirements.

The final acceptance of a paper or workshop is dependent on the presenter/s attending the conference. If you have any further questions, please contact the workshop co-ordinator, Erich von Dietze, fax: +61 8 9266 3052, email: chaplain@curtin.edu.au
