Health Reasons (Including Pregnancy)
Often an unexpected illness or accident makes studying seem impossible. Even an on-going illness can flare-up from time-to-time making things difficult. (Although pregnancy is not, strictly speaking, an illness, its effects on your body and the timing of the birth can make study difficult.) If you are finding study difficult because:
- of the nature of your illness or disability
- you’ve recently had an accident, such as a breaking your arm playing football
- your medication is hindering your learning
- some other aspect of your health or a special need is hindering your study,
you may feel that the only thing you can do is drop out.
