Topics include Quality Assurance (QA) systems within the grains industry, occupational health and safety principles, human resource management on-farm, socio-economics of grain production, grain processing and products, marketing and finance, risk management, and information systems for grain production. Students will be required to attend the equivalent of a 3-day intensive school to cover practical aspects of the unit.
