Unit Description

Intended for planning students, this unit provides a grounding in one of the core areas of planning activity - development control. The unit covers the institutional context within which development control operates; the major reform influences on development control, and seeks to develop practical skills in the preparation of development control instruments, applications and assessment. An optional residential school is held.
