Learning Outcomes (LO)

Upon completion of this unit, students will be able to:

understand and appreciate at an advanced level a sample of important literary works, written in French or their equivalent, in other areas of French or Francophone culture and civilisation;
analyse their content at a more sophisticated level than is required for the 300-level unit; and
relate this to the context in which the works were produced.
