| Restrictions | FREN150 or students with a pass of 70% or better in HSC 2-Unit (Continuers) French, or students with 3-Unit French, are not permitted to enrol in this unit | |||||||||
| Notes | Students with HSC 2-Unit French Continuers (70%+) or 3-Unit French should enrol at 200 level. Native speakers should enrol at 200 level or above, after consultation with the Convenor of the discipline. |

| Unit Description |
French Language 1B develops further and strengthens the levels of proficiency acquired in the introductory unit, so that students may competently read and understand, and accurately write and speak, basic French.
