Unit Description

This unit deals with the role of information systems in organisations. Information is an important driver of user task. The use of information systems requires an understanding of the principles and concepts relating to the development and management of information and the interaction between people and computers in organisations.

  4. demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the complex nature of information systems and their application, in terms of development, management and use within organisations.
