This course has been designed to create contemporary professionals with a solid grounding in the core business fields of Accounting, Economics, Finance, Organisational Development, Management and Marketing needed for organisational survival and success. This business expertise is combined with an equal component of Chinese Language (Mandarin) and Chinese culture units to prepare students for a career conducting business in or with China. This unique combination of business, language and culture will also prepare you to take on a role as a future manager with leadership responsibilities and provide you with a valuable qualification in the Asian business world.

No prerequisite knowledge is required although it is assumed that candidates will have the equivalent of any two units of English. Recommended Studies: Mathematics for some units in the economics, finance and quantitative areas. International students must meet the University's English Language Requirements for Admission Rule. |

Admission to Candidature
A candidate shall be qualified for admission (see Admission Rule Undergraduate Policy).
International students must meet the University's English language requirements.
Advanced Standing
Candidates are referred to the University Policy on Advanced Standing.
Period of Candidature
The period of candidature shall be:
(a) three years as a full-time candidate;
(b) up to ten years as a part-time candidate.
Course Requirements
To qualify for the award a candidate must pass units to the value of 144 credit points with not more than 60 credit points at 100-level and at least 36 credit points at 300-level or above.
Program of Study
Candidates shall complete an approved program of study as outlined in the Course Schedule comprising:

Award of Degree
