International Pathways Enabling Program

Why study the International Pathways Enabling Program at UNE?

The International Pathways Enabling Program is a program of study for international students who have an IELTS score of 5.5 and who require advanced academic and communication skills preparation to prepare them for successful undergraduate study.

The Program consists of 2 x foundations skills units (FNDN101 and FNDN102) covering academic writing, information literacy, basic maths and statistics, and computer skills; 4 x communications skills units (TLIP112; TLIP113; TLIP114 and TLIP115) covering advanced academic writing, research skills, spoken communication, and professional English; and 2 X faculty units (chosen from the existing pathways suite of units selected from amongst the first year offerings in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and the Faculty of the Professions).

Students must have an IELTS of 5.5 overall, with not less than 5 in any area.
