| Unit Description |
The aim of the unit is to consider conditions, policy and practice that maximise educational democracy. In particular it will be necessary to consider what kind of participation leads to equitable outcomes. Candidates will consider the orientations of contemporary writers on education and schooling. Then comparative studies of the education or schooling available to minority groups will be examined. |
