Unit Description

This unit is a systematic study of work and worker behaviour, dealing with psychological concepts and empirical studies as they apply to job selection, job design, job satisfaction, and worker adjustment. Methodologies in organisational psychology, and individual, group and organisational behaviours are analysed.
