Unit Description

This unit addresses organisation development and the management of change. Issues include: underlying assumptions in the management of change; change strategies and the quality movement; the management of transitions; diagnostic approaches, action research and action learning; depth and organisational intervention; consultation; training and education; power; and organisational politics.
