Unit Description

This unit examines the gendered nature of management. It focuses on the organisational processes and structures that perpetuate the gendered nature of management and examines the consequences for women and men of these processes and structures. The arguments for change are examined and options are considered for reformulating organisational processes and structures along less gendered lines.
