Unit Description

This unit is aimed at non-IT specialists. It provides an overview of various aspects of e-commerce from a managerial perspective including; The diversity of electronic marketplaces, the role of intermediates, the models of electronic procurement, the intersection of e-commerce and supply chain management, security issues, regulatory issues and future trends.
