Addresses certain basic issues in the administration of educational institutions, the nature of educational institutions as organisations and the implications for their administration, implications or organisational and administrative theory for the administration of educational institutions and systems. Examines leadership for improving the effectiveness or educational organisations. Factors which may, in the future, influence our educational institutions and their administration.
