Unit Description

A unit covering the following topics as they relate to small enterprises: their importance to the Australian economy; success factors in small enterprise management; methods of acquisition; business plan preparation; management functions including marketing, operations, human resource management, finance and accounting; sources of external assistance; exporting; and e-commerce. PC and internet access are required to complete this unit.
